Social Media management includes audience segmentation, bid management, and ad optimization. We use publisher tools, PMDs, and API to manage performance social campaigns across channels. Our social media marketing covers Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Our tech team also builds custom scripts to create and control social campaigns effectively.
CSEs
There are many comparison shopping engines out there (Amazon, Shopping.com etc…), which makes it very difficult to manage them directly in their individual publisher portals. We always use a tool to consolidate shopping engine feed management and bid optimization, and recommend tools that allow us the flexibility to optimize on the individual SKU level. Our enterprise CSE partners include Channel Advisor, Mercent, & Adlucent.
Display
Using display ads for prospecting new customers is a great top of funnel approach. Depending on your scale, we can do this directly with major publishers like Google & Bing, or through third party tools. We partner with all the major enterprise level DSPs, and typically utilize MediaMath, Turn, AppNexus, DataXu & Chango for our larger clients.
Email
We offer email strategy solutions which include audience segmentation, customer workflow, behavioral email triggers, transactional series, and welcome series. We also integrate with major ESPs and SMB email solutions for customer list sync across channels. Some of them include ExactTarget, Responsys (Oracle), Silverpop (IBM), Experian CheetahMail, StrongView, Sailthru & Bronto to name a few. For our smaller clients, we also work with Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Salesforce Pardot and more.
Marketplaces
We manage marketplace sales on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Sears, Newegg, Rakuten (formerly Buy.com), and several others. We assist with integrations both directly through each marketplace provider, and through marketplace integrators. Channel Advisor and Commerce Hub are marketplace middleware solution partners, and assist with order flow and listing management. We also leverage several third party pricing tools such as Appeagle, Wiser & Teikametrics to maximize profit margins, increase revenue and win the “buy box.
Direct Mail
The direct mail space is extremely fragmented, and we can work with any direct mail vendor that accepts automated feeds. We recommend Lob.com, RR Donnelley and Cactus Mailing for our enterprise brands, however we are happy to work with your current or local printer as well.
Personalization
On-site personalization can dramatically increase conversion rates by delivering a unique experience to each customer based on their traffic source and browsing behavior. We can leverage your ecommerce platform or a third party tool to deliver this one to one customer experience. Some of the third party personalization tools we use include Evergage, Monetate & Fanplayr.
